About

Over a decade ago, my life changed forever when I lost my husband and became a widow. With three children to raise and no road map for what came next, I found myself navigating grief, motherhood, immigration, education, and career change — all at once.

I left my home country of Nigeria and came to Canada as an international student, balancing the demands of graduate school with the reality of being a single mom. I went from banking into IT, built a new career from scratch, and eventually became a Canadian citizen — all while raising a Black son to adulthood in a new culture.

Through many tears, trials, and triumphs, I discovered a strength I didn’t know I had. Not just the kind of strength that gets you through the day — but the kind that turns pain into purpose.

Today, The Widow’s Might – A Graceful Journey is my way of reaching back to others who are rebuilding after loss: widows and widowers, single parents, those who have lost careers, businesses, or direction. I’m here to walk with you — through grief, through growth, and toward grace.

To build a global sanctuary of hope and restoration where widows and individuals rebuilding after loss rediscover their strength, walk with grace, and thrive in purpose.

To support and inspire widows/ers and others rebuilding their lives after loss, helping them embrace healing, rediscover purpose, and walk forward in a graceful journey anchored in strength and faith.
